In the era of the development of Information Technology today, SMK Negeri 3 Bogor is trying and making innovations necessary to meet the school vision. We proudly present our new school website as a new way of improving public service. The school website will be developed from static web site to dynamic web site. Now, teacher, student and parents can interact more intense and effectively. The website is still need a lot of improvements and SMKN 3 IT team is still doing everything that they can to improve it. I really appreciate what they have done to improve our school website. Hopefully that all staff, students and teachers of SMKN 3 can take the full benefit of this website.

School Schedule

SBI Verification Event^new

After the success of SBI Expose Event, yesterday (March 25^th.2008), SMK Negeri 3 Bogor was being verified by a verification team from Direktorat PSMK Jakarta. Mr Rindoi (P4TK Medan) an Ms Evi Fathonah (Dit PSMK) were present during time. Many SBI components are involved be able to see the result of he verification process soon. From the result of the verification process, we will be able to know whether SMK Negeri 3 Bogor is still be come a qualified candidate to become in international school.

Important Guest From Vietnam

Today, Wednesday, March 19^th. 2008, important guest from Technical College-Vietnam, will visit SMK Negeri 3 Bogor. They will also visit some institution that have a special cooperation with SMK Negeri 3 Bogor in the industrial Job Training (Prakerin) program, such as PT Muara Krakatau at Tajur Bogor.

SBI Expose
SBI Expose event on March 13^th, that was being held by SMK Negeri 3 Bogor-as a part of the SBI socialization program-was successful. During the event, Walikota Bogor is being represented by Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bogor and he gave an opening speech in the openning session.
The opening session was going so well, even though there had been an eletrical power failure happenned before the opening session. The electrical power failure that covered almost the entire city took place before 8:00 o'clock the electrcal powersply from PLN was came back again and kept on running during and until the end of SBI expose event. During the event there is a vidio teleconference session betwee the school managements and students that was in the industrial job training in Patra Bali Hotel. In the teleconference session, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan and staff from Direktorat PSMK had the opportnity to conduct a teleconference dialog with the students.

After the teleconference session, the next event was to give the opportunities to all of the guests including the head of SMK, SMK and SMK, Lurah Babakan, Industrial representatives and other institution to vsit the exhibition stands.

The SBI team assigned by the derectorate for SMK Negeri 3 Bogor was from P4TK Seni dan Budaya Yogyakarta. From the result of the SBI Expose event, we will be able to know wether SMK Negeri 3 Bogor is still become a qulified candidate to become an international school in the year 2010.

The Second SBI Assist

From 14-18 January 2008 Mr Aritonang from P4TK Bisnis Pariwisata a consultant of school with International Standard (SwIS) together with Ms Wuryaningsih from P4TK Seni dan Budaya, come to SMKN3 Bogor to assist principal and staffs to fulfill the requirements of SwIS.
